Music Ministry

Calvary Community Church has a dynamic music ministry with musicians who have been recognized throughout the United States. Several are members of Music Hall of Fame in Nashville and have toured with some of the biggest names in country, and gospel music.

Pastor Walden plays guitar and sings, Angie Walden sings, tambourine,Al Pilkington lead guitar and sings, Virgil Jones guitar and sings, Samuel Bowles guitar /drums and sings, Ronald Smith bass and sings, Jeff Pickens guitar, drums and sings, Tommy Pilgrim drums, Danny George harmonica and percussion, and last but not least is Rowena Hemsley on piano. She played for Franklin Walden years ago and has been a blessing in our music dept. We do a mixture of music but really love the older songs with a divine message.
